Buymilsurplus has the Tokarev floorplates and instructions for modifying them for the CZ 52 Magazine.

I can attest that these do work nicely if you file down the correct areas to allow for the mag-catch to engage it correctly.  Not a hard job, but a little tricky to get the notch for the spring in the exact right spot without scratching everything up - take your time on that bit.  Also, the picture on the website above shows the baseplate pushed all the way back, which seems like a good idea at first, but if you do that, then the curve on the front end of the finger notch wont be inline with the front bottom edge of the lower grip, and will look and feel funny.  So you actually have to place the baseplate forward a little to right where it is flush and smooth, and then make a mark for where the spring notch will go.  (I do this with a mag body that has no spring in it to allow for easilly finding the correct placement initially by sliding the baseplate back & forth)  This ultimately leaves a small gap at the rear base of the magazine, but this doesn't seem to be a problem.  If you really wanted to, you could cut off a tiny rear section of an original baseplate and shove it back there before sliding the newer finger-rest baseplate on in order to cover this small opening on the bottom.

Thanks I've ordered 3 for my magazines.  I'm also looking into making a "Tonfa" mag for my 52.
