Need Adjustable rear sight for Shadow

Hi Cz, ers... i would like to know the options on an adjustable rear sight for my Shadow... i am after a good quality sight and a standard ( non Optic ) front sight blade.
 I like the fibre optic for IPSC, but i will be doing some Service Match shooting with this one, when the sun hits it at my range it is a bit too bright for my liking....
Where can i get a TRT rear sight, and is it a straight swap, or machining of the slide needed?

i recommend Antonin Zendl rear sights for Shadow... http://www.kvzkladno.estranky.cz/archiv/iobrazek/117 maybe you can buy via czcustom (I dont know exactly - in fact I live in Czech republic :O) . In my opinion much more better than LPA, but needs some machining work on slide..
