What is a CZ75BS?

What is the difference or specs of a CZ75BS?  Yes, I've seen a pistol with that marking.  No BS there (forgive the play on words).  I've seen Czs with other markings but this one I'm not familiar with. Any ideas? Thanks

I believe it's a CZ 75B with an ambidextrous safety.

No such mark on mine (an '09, .40 in nickel) with ambidextrous safety.

It's been reported it is a 9mm DA/SA gun with ambi safety.
