I watched SA get closer and closer for years now, used to be a recommended travel location by Col. Cooper. Good luck.

Kobus
sorry to hear that, you would hope some would have learned from the mistake made with Rhodesia.

I see more than a few parallels going on in the middle east right now. plenty of regime changes with out knowing who these people are. Isreal is being sliced and diced as well as the bullying by the palestinian sympathizers . Similar to the isolation SA went through with apartheid .

question is who will be next? plenty in the UN would love to see the US in the fire. How about banning all personal gun ownership at the UN level.  You will see a lot of push back but that does not seem to deter the left at all.

AH you are correct.  The problem with these African regimes is that they use the money to enrich themselves and their comrades here and now and in the process they destroy a very prosperous country with huge natural recources.  The mentality is take what you can now and don't worry about tomorrow. The poor gets poorer, the middle class gets poor and the new rulers get super rich.

Farmers are attacked and killed at an alarming rate, armed robberies and murders in the suburbs are on the increase .....

When there is nothing left they fall back on blaming the previous government and wait for the west to bail them out and provide aid. Pure incompetence.

It is a sad situation.  Let's rather concentrate on the positive ... good guns like CZ !
guns don't kill people. NINJAS kill people.

Given what is happpening with the western economies, they may have a long wait for bailouts in the future . . .

I sincerely hope things will turn around in SA before they go too far.
