I can shoot but I don't know much about photography and photoshop, but my son does!

Unfortunately that particular image looks more like an anti statement to me. Blood spattered pistol?

Jeff, good point, I never looked at it as anything but paint, but you're right - blue or green might work better for that.

it is just a picture.  experimenting with transparent layering. the colour of the spatter was done in different colours and I decided the red looked nice with the black background and so i posted the red one.

red is also the colour of roses and other objects. i will remove the picture if it is deemed offensive.

Yeah, antis troll websites looking for images we think are OK to use in offensive ways - many Oleg Volks pictures have shown up on Brady style websites. I'd like to see that pic with the other color overlays, if you don't mind?

i did'nt even think about that armouredman.  my appologies.

pics are on jnr's pc and he is away at university and he only comes home on weekends but i will ask him to send to my photobucket.
