hey DL,
i went to the range with the 100 for the fist time. it was a painful experience for my index finger due to the stacking at trigger break. in fact my finger started to cramp after 40 rounds.
prior to going to the range, i smoothed out the trigger pull. but i now know the REAL problem is the trigger break.
i was inspecting the claw on the firing pin and the claw on the trigger bar and came up with an idea to improve the break. i just wanted some input before i go ahead and do it.
using a dremel or file i was going to round off the claw on the trigger bar where it touches the claw on the firing pin.
like this: (of course the rounded edge on the "after" picture is exaggerated.)

one more thing... when u bent the disconnector (#42) to move the break further up in the pull, did u remove the disconnector from the trigger mechanism housing, or did u bend it while it was in the gun?
any input would help a lot. and my index finger thanks u in advance.
