first day out with sp01 how are my groupings?

havent shot in awhile so there are some flyers lol, the target was at 7-10 yards , each target is 50 rounds each, need to stop flinching

I would say you did pretty darned good for a first time out.

Agree. Set aside some time when you have no distractions and can focus on good control for about 12 to 15 DA, and holding the trigger back good control SA.

snap caps do not work for me lol to me snap caps YOU KNOW THERE IS no recoil it never has worked for me of course your not going to flinch when you know theres no recoil ,

You randomly mix snap caps in your mags, and mix up the mags.  You should be unaware if the shot is going to be a live round or a snap cap.

chrisg2k1,  +10 to what jeep said.

Load both mags with a some snap caps scattered in the mag.  Put them behind your back and shuffle them until you don't know which is which.

Snap caps will show flinch/ shot anticipation movement.  They also give malfunction clearing practice.
