Great purchase.  You are starting with my favorite. Since you are new you may find the SP01 a bit heavy.  It was built for comp and range more than carry and the weight keeps the recoil down and the gun closer to on target after the shot.  WHEN (not if) it's time for another CZ a good logical step is 75B for range and or carry or even a larger step to alloy and compact size for carry.

I agree with Larry, I started with a SP-01 and love it. Just picked up a CZ 85B on Saturday but haven't had a chance to clean it and take it to the range. I'll be interested to see the differences in how the two shoot.

Well, I just picked it up!  I was on vacation so it sat at the FFL for almost 2 weeks. 

I'll get some pics up later today before I try and clean this heaaaavvvvy beast!
