And off to the range it went, for a quick test - the magazine feeds perfectly, no issues whatsoever. There is residue on the mag tube that wasn't there before, as it is pulled more into the blast zone. I'm thinking one possible solution is to remove the CB choke and put in the IC choke. Probably won't help blast residue much, but patterning will improve. :)
The shotgun continues to perform admirably.

I need a home defense shotgun. The 712 Utility is definitely on my wish list. So many firearms, so little money.  :'(

Me too. I honestly need to spend some money on ammo mostly, and then on some upgrade parts such as grips, sights and other accessories / stuff.

But it seems that every time I get a couple hundred together that I can spend on gun stuff (not very often) I go into a trance, sit in front of the computer and put some new pistol or rifle on layaway at Buds.

It's so bleep easy to do. Happens over and over...  ;)
