Armed Bystander Stops Stabbing

A bystander with a concealed carry permit stopped a stabbing near a San Antonio school. Another win for the GOOD GUYS.

CHL holders in TX can be with 1000 feet of a school with a firearm. Just cannot be in the buildings etc.

As good an ending as you can get. CHL holder stops knife attack, holds perp for police. No shots fired.

The Federal law says permit holders or those "permitted" by state law can ignore the unconstitutional 1000 foot rule. That's another one to revisit under the guideline from the Obamacare ruling on Commerce Clause, now that you mention it...
