Back up with a $2700 BIN.  I know this seller from other forums.  He lives in my area, and we've spoken a little online about this CZ a time or two.  He seems like a decent guy, so if the price seems like its in your ballpark, I can at least vouch for this guy.  If I had the spare cash, I wouldn't hesitate.
