cz duo extractor

guys im hell bent on getting my duo to fire. it fails to extract every time. does anyone have one/ could you remove the extractor pin and see if there is anything other than a spring in the hole behind the extractor? I may be missing a part. if so a picture would be a godsend! thank you all!

There should be a spring under it.  What brand ammo are you using?  If not S&B or other European you should try it.  Domestic ammo has a slightly smaller groove for the extractor to catch.
