You never know what you're going to find when you go to wallyworld. Normally, for .40 s&w, they only have two brands and about 4 choices. WWB 165gr JSP 100ct for around $18, same ammo 50ct for $10.50, Remington 180gr JHP 100ct for $23.50, and same ammo 50ct for $12.50. TODAY, they had some CCI Blazer 180gr 50ct for $8.39!! I bought all they had showing.:b  I'll go back in a couple days to see if they restocked the shelves and clean them out again.:rollin

Try different Walmarts. I live near several Walmarts and have noticed that some stock the Blazer and some do not. I just make it a point to stop in and check out what they have at the time and muy them when I see them.

Correct. I have two Walmarts near(?) me that I go to. Unfortunately, the closer one has a problem ordering ammo, as the tend to just stock the empty stickers instead. Maybe some nut liberal is in charge of ordering ammo or just non-enthusiastic, but I have been there while they unload shipments and they seem to overlook stocking what I need. I finally got fed up and complained at the cust. serv. counter.
Down the road, at the further[of course] walmart, they ALWAYS have my needs. Go figure. I did just pick up 4 more boxes of the CCI Blazer.:smokin

I've run a few boxes of the CCI S&W 40 through my pistol, never a prob and they're about the least expensive I've ever used.  They ususally stock ten or twelve boxes at our local walmart, but in northern missouri, you can buy ammo at several of our c-stores and what not...  The thing that cracks me up are the "little-shooters section" at the local gun shop..  The tiny bright pink and blue bolt-action rifles...  so cute!   lol
