Cz 550 wood?

Is the wood on the 550 generally the same quality rifle to rifle or is there a lot of variance like with their rimfires.

Quite a bit of variance I believe.  CZ doesn't sell guns with grades of wood, so it's all hit or miss.  I know 2few has posted some beautiful pics showing how nice the wood can be on these guns, but there's no guarantee.
