That's a reasonable outcome for someone new to concealed carry trying IWB. When I was younger and quite a bit thinner, like 25 years ago, even then I gravitated towards either carrying a Glock OWB in a Galco leather pancake holster, or else I pocket carried a S&W J-frame. More recently, in the past 4-5 years, I have started carrying IWB more and it has been an ongoing process to refine my carry gear to make it easier and more comfortable. I carry my P-07 this way and feel I have a pretty good setup for it now. One thing I would recommend is to get a proper gun belt with an internal stiffener and either very small or "infinite" adjustment increments, not usual holes spaced in wide intervals. Two companies that make such belts are Kore Essentials and Nexbelt. Another thing to consider is some of the earlier advice you received about getting some sort of cushioning between yourself and a Kydex shell, which can either be a leather or synthetic type of backer on a hybrid holster, or as someone mentioned a pad that attaches to a full Kydex holster like Clinger sells. Personally I am good with just usual Kydex but I will polish rough edges and otherwise "de-horn" my Kydex holsters with sandpaper or a dremel as necessary, and I also stick a piece of rubber Talon grip material to the body side of my holsters, not for padding but to prevent it from sliding freely against the cotton undershirt I always wear whether I am IWB carrying or not.
One other thing to consider is the grip of the P-07 itself, which has a fairly aggressive texture that may irritate your skin when carried IWB. Wearing an undershirt can help with that, as can a Hogue or Pachmayr grip sleeve, or adhesive rubber grips from Talon grips. I have used both types and settled on using the rubber Talon grips.

Thank you for the great recommendations. I will check the belts out at both locations. I did receive the custom leather holster that I ordered and have only had a chance to wear it out once so far but that one time I found it to be very comfortable. At the 4 O'Clock position my wife stated she cannot tell I am wearing it and as you mentioned the undershirt is also a bigger help than I imagined. I am going to still play around with the IWB but at the moment I have found a solution to the OWB carry. Belts are next to target and get fine tuned. Thanks again for the help.
