No worries Franz. :)

So your gun shoots wildly to the right?  :-\ Not to be a dick. But are you sure? Did you try a new near sight?

no, wildly is not the right word
with the stock sights the way they are it shoots right on if you're willing to accept them the way they are
meaning front sight is just noticeably drifted to the right and the rear sight slot is of course off the the left by the width of the slot which is the whole basis for my gripe

I didn't change the stock sights I just abandoned them altogether
I got the NEA stock adapter which sports the straight angle not allowing to use the standard sights ( they become way too low) and use the cantilever mount with a 4x scope
I'm not too enthused about using  forward mounted red dot
I am planning on getting precision sights and mounting them on NEA front railed barrel clamp and rear stock adapter rail  -once I figure which sights I want

Franz
Did you look carefully to make sure the barrel is not canted?

I bought my VZ58 (D-technic) from waffen werks and it was not until I got it to the range I realized it was canted. I was in a similar position mine was shooting nice groups about a foot to the left. Looking at the sights I might have been able to adjust the front enough to center it but then the front sight would have been maxed out and I did not want that.

I contacted Waffenwerks and they sent a call tag, the gun was picked up and returned in about 1 week. All straight and no harm to the finish at all, I was concerned as mine is a proper Czech gray as well.

Try throwing some levels on your gun to see if the barrel is rotated off of the 12-o-clock position, I base lined the receiver and then measured the gas block and front sight.

I haven't verified it with lelvels or anything precision only just visually
it does seem canted just a bit, it's kinda hard to tell
the just a bit though is probably what does it

how did they adjust it ?
everything is pinned , right?
barrel to receiver ,front sight to barrel...

I was thinking of replacing front sight block for one with bayo lug in tact and getting a muzzle break installed at the same time , I guess that would be  a good opportunity to Un-cant ??

The barrel is pressed in and it can easily be canted. First you need to see if it the whole barrel that is canted or just the front sight, measure both the front sight and the gas block. If both are rotated in the same direction but canted from the receiver it is just the barrel that is rotated too much in one direction.

If it is just the front sight then you only have to repair that one. I did not see how they repaired mine but they did a good enough job you cannot tell it was touched. I would guess  that they removed the pin and rotated the barrel assembly. Then it gets re-pinned with a next size larger pin. You can see the process if you do a search on youtube.

I fixed my CSA's canted front sight and it wasn't hard at all.

I drove the pin out, put a wrench on the sight, rotated it to straight, and re-installed the pin. Didn't need to re-drill the hole or use a larger pin. It took me about 10 minutes.
