I had some on my p07 mags. They fit ok. But mine were for cz75 mags so they are a tight fit considering the p07 mags are a bit wider. I also have cz custom +4 mag bases and they fit great.

The answer is no - the P-09 mag is wider, but the CZ Custom Shop makes +2 extensions for the P-09.
