CZ 75 Pre B

Hi Agnus
In somewhat of a state of confusion, I detail striped my pre b cz 75, put it back together with what I thought no problem now when I rack slide or cock hammer the safety goes on by itself.  Can  you help, What did I do wrong, gun functions perfectly other than that.  Thanks

Did you lose the little lock plate and spring that is under the safety?

I dont think so, I used a paper clip to lock everything together when I took it apart and re assembled.
