If you have the keyring front then yes. If you have the T stamping possibly not as the split might separate. But yes on the rear.
And you can always do what the Israelis and others have done over the year to prevent metal on metal noise/wear -- paracord loops on the gun's sling swivels and clip your HK clips into the paracord.
