Have you contacted CZ yet? Definitely not normal for the 07 to act like that.

My recommendation also. If you try to "fix it", it may remain "your problem".
It does sound like it's very tight and needs to be seated in, but CZ-USA is where I'd go at this point. Return everything to stock if you do send it in. YMMV
