Basically looks like a P-01 with a manual safety. I know about the CZC Compact L and not sure if the Shadow Line compact is the same but those are custom models from CZC from what I gather. I'm trying to find the factory version no comp hammer or trigger work in factory form. I have seen the CZ model 91190 show the stock picture as either a compact manual safety with no rail and a couple sites show it with a rail. I have looked in the CZ USA compact pistol line up but it doesn't show this version.

The CZ 75 Compact in .40 S&W had a rail, but is no longer being made.  You need to search the used gun market, and if you find one let me know -- I'll bid against you for it.

I'm not aware of the 75 Compact in 9 Luger ever being made with a rail, but I wouldn't be shocked to learn of a few.

I think Stuart summarized them nicely, with pics and features, here:

I think the .40 has a steel frame, which is a plus for me.

Could it be converted to 9mm or .357 SIG?

Yes, the CZ 75 Compact in .40 S&W has a steel frame.

I asked about the ability to convert one to .357 SIG, and the answer was "Yes."

It is a CRYING SHAME that CZ does NOT make a Compact L as a production model for the same price as a P01! :-[

As Jbird said, a P-02 is what they make that fits the criteria. My wife's uncle has one that he bought off of gunbroker and I've shot it a few times.  The omega trigger is nice.
