I was able to get the receiver off, and repair the FCG.
The safety selector wasn't loose, but when I pushed on the seer pivot pin while changing the safety selection, I was able to get the trigger to engage.
I removed the seer and trigger/disconnector. I reinstalled the stock trigger/disconnector, but reinstalled the Bonesteel seer. Reassembled and test fired before putting the e-clips back on. No issues. Reinstalled the e-clips and reassembled, and again no issues.
On visual inspection, it appears that the thin part of the trigger block on the left side of the disconnector is thinner on the Bonesteel trigger. I'm guessing that this allowed some movement and caused the disabled trigger.
I will be visiting the range this weekend and will see how reliable the new configuration is.
On a side note, I don't really like the plastic stock trigger. Has anyone swapped it for the all steel trigger assemble that Czechpoint offers? I know that it is a Czech part, but I have a couple of US parts to keep things equal for 922r compliance.
