Unusual marking on my 83

I have an 83 that has a very tiny marking on it above the trigger on the left side of the frame.  Needed a magnifying glass to read it.  It's "NHM CO SAC OA".  Is it an importers mark?

Also above the trigger on the right side of the frame is "92 'lion over N' she 89 crossed swords".  S/N is 133XXX followed by T in a circle.

Thanks for that cntry.  All importer's marks should be that small.  ;)
