The link you listed is probably an Israeli trade in.

B has a safety and a BD is a decocker model.

All guns are made by CZ.  CZUSA is just a business in the U.S. that imports new CZ's and sells CZ parts.

It was made in the Czech Republic rather than Czechoslovakia, so that one dates to 1993 or later. The parts should be completely compatible with a new gun. I'm actually in the market for a beater CZ to restore myself, except I want the 'B' model instead of the 'BD'. The only difference between the two is manual safety (B) vs. decocker (BD); otherwise, they're mechanically identical. The reason I want a B is because (1) that's the classic model, (2) all of my other CZs are decockers, and (3) this would be a pure range gun which I don't intend to shoot in DA very often.

That actually looks like it's in decent condition. Most of the 75's I see at that price are either pitted or slightly rusted. The sights have lost their dots, but if you're doing a restoration, the sights should be one of the first things you upgrade regardless. It might be a little overpriced (you can buy a 75B Omega from Kentucky Gun Co. for $455 and free shipping), but it's not terrible.

any pros/cons  BD vs. B

It all depends what platform you are comfortable with.
