A Gripping Question
« on: March 29, 2002, 09:21:34 PM »
I have a CZ-75 B SA and find the grip is too small for my long fingers. Has anyone tried the CZ one piece grip on the back of their catalog, item #32? Is there any other grips that increase comfort and grip diameter?

Hi, you are wanting Hogue wrap-around rubber grips.

part # 7500

The only other custom grips i own , except Hakans:)

They "help" with my long fingers, but the 97B frame and Hogues
are much, much better for me.

I'd like to see a shorter 75 STANDARD frame and 85 Combat slide together.
That slightly larger, stippled  grip would be ideal for me.

I bought the Hogue grip as recommended and am happy I did. It feels better in my hands, is easier to grip and seems to slightly reduce recoil. Today, my second time at the range with my CZ75 B SA, I put 25 rounds inside a 6 inch circle at about 45-50 feet from a standing position. Most rounds hit within a 2-3 inch area in the center. Not contest winning but much better than I did with my Glock 17.
