Stiff bolt on New 452 Scout

Just purchased my first CZ rifle, a 452 scout.  :)
It looks fantastic and the trigger is very nice out of the box.

One thing I noted is although the bolt moves smoothly and with little effort cycling forward and rearward it is very stiff when locking it vertically. Was wondering if there was any remedy for this. It feels as if you have to get over a "hump" before it moves vertically. It does not appear that there is any obstruction on the stock so I have to assume it is internal.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Run a brick of ammo through it and then see how it is.  Most of mine were that way, but gets better with use.

My 455 bolt was very stiff as well. I just cycled the action a few hundred times while watching Netflix and it got smoother even before I got to the range.

I clean mine well, lube with grease, work it 100 times, clean and repeat.  It will smooth out nicely.

After final cleaning, lube with your favorite lube and get going!
