Thinking of buying a 75 B mil model, I now own a 75 SA in 40 S&W, I was wondering if the 9mm slide from the 75 B would function on the 40 SA frame.

If no else has tried I did myself, today at the range i slid on a slide from military 75b and it worked perfectly, just thought I'd let the forum know in case they were wondering.

Did anyone ever figure out whether or not the bigger, lower safety of the 75B SA would fit on the 75B without modifications? This is actually one of the main reasons that I want an SA.
Maybe I should start a thread on the reasons why I want a 75B SA...
