Which CZ mauser?

I am new to the CZ gun world: I recently bought a couple of VZ58 clones made by Century. But i hear that the CZ MAUSERS are the very finest.  I am hoping that someone can recommend to me their best model for me to research and eventually own!!! I would also like to know why they think its the best!

CZ 527m is the best current production mini Mauser. :)

The Vz24 sounds perfect!  Is it hard to find a clean one? What do they go for?

I have one. Great shooter. It's like new and looks great. I love the action.
Through research, I found out it is one of the Romanian contract rifles, with a "UR" preceding the serial number.

I recommend checking Gun Broker. If you search completed auctions, that will give a good sense of what people are paying (or not paying as the case may be).

I have a gunsmith friend how has several vz-24 rifles. He uses them as bases for truly custom hunting rifles.
