CZ 45 hard to find

I just came across a CZ 45  with 1 mag. Guy is asking $400. I have the .32 CZ27 and CZ 24 in 380a and modern 9mm. I would like a 25 ACP too.  Is this a high price an what should I watch out for beside the normal function test?  Clones? Fakes?

I paid $295 for my CZ 45 (1947, w/ 1 mag) at a gun show last weekend.  It was in workable condition with just a few blemishes on the slide.  Hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long but it didn't take much effort to get it cleaned to my satisfaction.

$400 seems a bit high.
