Love my P07 but....

For some reason my support hand grip feels awkward at times. Love the way it feels in my strong hand though. Sometimes it feels like my support hand just can't grip well enough to make my grip feel secure. Other times it feels good. I have tried to pinpoint whether I am making unconscious subtle changes which are effecting the feel but I can't see it. It's a little frustrating because I love the gun. Normally I would have sold off a gun I have issue with by now.

So far I love my P09. Selling off everything else pistol wise that I have I like it so much. May help that its cajunized

I have exact difference with my P09. The support hand has no issues "finding its place". I wear large size gloves if that's any indication if hand size.

How do you grip the gun- high thumb, crush grip ? I use a crush grip style where the support hand thumb covers the strong hand's thumb. I find that grip mitigates recoil best and is employable with other guns ( especially revolvers)

Did you try changing the back straps? May or may not help

I have found the thumbs forward grip works best for me. As I have been working on this the last few days I have found some subtle changes in grip have made it feel much better. I used to shoot Glock exclusively so I'm working on getting used to the new grip angle.

I have the same problem. I really like the gun, but my left hand gets too high/forward on the frame and the slide stop lever is so large that it makes my grip feel uncomfortable and the bigger problem, unreliable.
