Thanks for the heads-up on the locking washers.  I have no doubt that I would have been looking to admire the grips and completely overlooked the washers.

Hardware is in the mail gentlemen.  Whoever comes in at #5 will have to wait a week or so, as soon as I get out of this busy crude oil terminal I'm packing my bags and catching a flight to Vegas.
