The RAMI is more comfortable for concealed carry for me. I do carry the P-01 and PCR more when I am up in the mountains as I dress differently. I also just purchased the Walther PPS M2 to carry when I only have a t-shirt on.

Does the Rami print excessively in a t-shirt?  In a t-shirt the p-01 prints excessively for me.

Not on me, the grip is shorter on the RAMI, I wear it high with a 15? cant. I have a comfort series IWB holster made by http://www.hbeleatherworks.com/all-gun-holsters.html

The easiest to carry gun I've ever owned was the m&p shield. That being said the rami is my only carry gun now for a couple reasons. The rami is harder to conceal than any single stack gun like the shield or pps. But the extra weight and width or the rami help to reduce felt recoil which is important in a sub compact and it just feels better in my hand to me. To me the alloy framed rami also feels more durable compared to the smaller polymer pistols which is important to me especially because my carry pistol is prone to take a beating since whatever my carry weapon is at the time always comes camping with me every other weekend, and if I carry the rami in a tuckable iwb holster I can still carry it every day in business attire with no blazer required.
