"New" P07 Duty sight question

Hey guys/gals, fairly new to the forum. I just got a used P07 Duty about a week ago. It was the version that came with the Tac light and without the decocker. I'd very much like to switch the sights on it and was just wondering if there's anyway to confirm the size # of them(how CZ has sizes running 1-5 or something like that) without taking them off. I just don't want to mess them up somehow and then be without sights altogether until I get new ones. Also if anyone has any recommendations I'd happily welcome them. Not sure if I really care whether fiber optic or night sights or whatever, I just would rather have metal ones. Thanks for any help you can offer

Is there a number on the front sight? Sometimes it's visible, otherwise you'll need to pull the front sight, not difficult at all.

^^^ This. If the sights are the factory plastic units then you have no choice other then to pull the front sight. The number will be on the bottom. They slide off pretty easily. The new metal P-07/09 front sights have the number stamped on the front of them.

Ok, thanks guys. I guess I'm making a big deal out of nothing. I just don't want to break it or anything, seems like the white paint is kind of brittle, at least on the rear sight. But I'll just punch it out and see. Thanks again

I ordered my "#2" metal night sights directly from CZ-USA, and with these my POI is pretty much dead-on with a slight high favor when confirmed by CZ Custom (all shots DAO).

Did it take any filing or tinkering with the sights or slide to get them in good? Do they recommend loctite or anything like that? Those sights look good

I replaced the factory metal sights on my gen 2 P-07 with a set of night sights from CZ-USA. They do fit snug so take your time and line things up properly. I did not file the sights at all.  They have set screws and after I test fired the gun to verify it was to my liking I added a drop of loctite to each set screw.

IIRC, the originals were #2's also.

My original front sight was a #3. I replaced them with the same number.
