We have been working behind the scenes for several weeks on the administrative side of our website. Like most new software, there were lots of bugs. But we finally have things working as they should.
The new website sends automated order receipts, then a second automated e-mail is sent after the shipping label is generated with the tracking number. Since the order process is automated and the order receipt and shipping label are generated w/o any manual entries, we can ship orders, in many cases, within hours. In stock items will typically ship in less than 24 hours. It's quick and efficient.
So thanks to the few customers that did not get notifications or tracking when we were sorting things out. Your patience and understanding was greatly appreciated.
