CZ 75 Semi-Compact

Will a CZ 75 B SA Frame accept a Compact Slide/Barrel okay to make a Semi Compact?? I know the Stainless will, just trying to find out what all CZ Frames will work okay with a Compact Slide, preferably all Steel Versions!!
I like the Beavertails and can a Beavertail be installed on a CZ 75 Compact or not???

I know CZCustom had them but they're all gone!!!  I think theirs was built on a Shadow Frame??
I'm just trying to make a nice Semi Compact for Carry!!

I'd appreciate any and all thoughts on all this Please and Thank You!!!

Good to see this post is still alive.

Just acquired a CZ 75 Semi Compact Massada pistol and am looking for solutions for replacing the recoil springs from anyone who's done this.

If this question has been answered elsewhere, I've tried using the search function several times and honestly don't have the time to wade through the non-specfic messages.
