STI Guardian in .45 without fail.  Looking to switch to a P-01 Omega or Compact when one can be had.

Subcompact EDC what do you carry?

I usually carry a compact size handgun myself, but now that I have finally acquired another RAMI, that will join my carry rotation and may slowly nudge its way into a tie for number one ha ha ha ha. Just have to get it zeroed for my POA/POI.

I usually always carry my CZ P-01 and a Sig 238 in my pocket but seeing as how you asked about a sub compact.
I occasionally carry a Springfield  alloy framed officer 1911 or Defender size 1911 if I am not carrying my P-01.

Glock 27 in a Milt Sparks Nexus holster. Backup G22 mag carried in leather pocket holster. Wish it was a Glock 26, but with a set of rubber talon grips applied it's quite easy to control.

In the winter I'll carry my CZ 75B in a Sparks VM2 or a 1911.

Summertime rotation:

If it's on my belt, RAMI or CZ-82

If it's in my pocket, P-64!

Another PPS being carried here. Would like to hold the M2 version, but perfectly content with mine. Just wish it was SA/DA.
This... If there were a true single stack 9mm in DA/SA with an external hammer I'd be all over it.

Like a Sig P239?  They've been around awhile.  Or the S&W 908 or CS9.

Glock 19 gets the majority share of carry, but the 26 gets the deeper concealment role.  An LCP is the super small piece when it really has to be inconspicuous.

I haven't carried a subcompact in many moons, but if I had my druthers, I'd choose one of three, in order of preference;
RAMI BD, with extended magazine, (precludes pocket carry)
Walther PPK/S - used to have one
CZ-70 in .32ACP. I had two of these little gems in the past, nifty little guns with lots of features. Wish they'd made them in .380 ACP, but they made great little BUGs, accurate and reliable.

Depending on clothing, situation, I either carry my Shield 9mm w/ Apex Tactical trigger kit in a Remora pocket holster or outside the waistband if my shirt accommodates OWB. If I want to go even lighter, I go with my Sig P238. I'm a little conflicted anymore about carrying the Sig because of the safety.  I prefer either a striker fired pistol w a trigger safety or a DA/SA de-cocked. I bought the Sig when I first got my license & didn't really know what I liked yet. I like the way the gun shoots & thought about getting a Ruger LCP & selling the Sig, but I just don' t like the LCP, so I hang on to my P238. I only carry it when it's got to be tiny and it's better than not having anything.

Held one yesterday and really like it better (grip feel) more than the shield or a 43 for sure. The PPS M2 really is well done it seems.

HK P30 SK.  Love the feel of the grips.  They are adjustable, too.  I also have the P2000sk, but like the feel of the P30sk better.  I also sometimes carry my kimber super carry ultra.

Kahr CM-9 in an AIWB holster.  Works wearing shorts in South Dakota, until the snow flies.
