Has anyone been contacted by CZ yet for their replacement or know when they will start sending them out? Thank you for your time!

I picked up a new Scorpion two weeks ago here at my local gun shop, didn't know about the welded trigger box screw issue until later. Well, now I know, and now I realize that I have a World-Legal Scorpion and a welded trigger box screw. I have also signed up with CZUSA for the trigger swap last week. Haven't heard anything...... Thinking I will wait for the trigger box swap... Sent an email to CZUSA last evening about trigger swap program. Here is the text response I received this morning from a CZUSA rep:

"We will be in contact when we have the trigger pack to swap yours out with, and as of now, there is no ETA for arrival. Stay tuned."

Additionally, my new World-Legal Scorpion has the old barrel threads. I have purchased an EWK Arms 1/2-28 adapter, and will install that.

Starting to feel a little bit like a victim of bait and switch tactic by CZUSA. Will have to see how it turns out.

Given how easy the welded trigger pack is to remove, I'm not really seeing how it prevents nefarious gun owners in "foreign" countries from installing auto packs. It seems like if they have the resources to acquire a select fire trigger group, then they can probably also source a single drill bit.

It's the same as the 90's, when removing pistol grips and bayonet lugs made evil assault weapons safer.
