Less than impressed with CZ customer service

Well it's been a week since I tried to contact CZ (both phone and contact form) about the dead front sight on my new Rami and I haven't heard anything from them. I had hoped for a little better response from them but I guess I'm not surprised. Going to try another phone call today but not holding my breath.

Sorry to hear about their lack of response. It's frustrating, at best.

Flphotog, it can be frustrating. I've always had my best luck calling first thing in the morning.
   Just as with any company, sometimes there may be extenuating circumstances. Or somebody may have just dropped the ball. [emoji17]

Well I'm heading out of town for a couple of weeks so going to wait till I get back and then try again.

If you called and left a message, try again.

I called yesterday and spoke right away to someone.  Explained my issue and was directed to the right department.  Left a message and received a callback within 1/2 hour.  Discussed my issue and it was resolved.

I haven't called CZ a lot, but that is typical of my experience..... :-\

The only time I called they picked up and I got take care of... Try again !!
