Does the P-09 have polymer or steel frame rails in which the steel rails of the slide ride? Are their Meprolight sights available for it?

Steel, but keep in mind the rails are not the length of the frame. Like most polymer guns, the rails are short, usually above the trigger and at the rear.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the factory night sights are made by Meprolight
