I carry the 75 Compact all steel frame every day, and love it! Caveat is that I carry it in my man purse, so weight isn't an issue. Yeah, it's off body. Yeah, I have to practice a new type of draw. Yeah, I'm playing the odds I am not in a situation where I have an old school cowboy quick draw shoot out. (I'm actually playing the odds I'm held up for money and I have to get into my man purse, so I comply and then wham, pistol instead of wallet, just like the people do from on body concealment.)
Anyways, I digress to my main point. The 75 Compact is heavy and I recommend the lighter pistols generally. BUT I shot my first USPSA match with my 75 Compact a few weeks ago and placed 5th in the match for Limited on the qualifier stage with it (turn and draw, 2 shots on 3 targets, reload, 2 shots on 3 targets). The gun is so well balanced, absorbs recoil, transitions great, has an incredible trigger, and shoots like a dream. If you don't mind decockers get the PCR and do a little polishing and what not and you have an incredible carry pistol like the all steel frame 75 Compact.
This is all just preferences. If money weren't a limiting factor for me I would try decocker versions or get a Rami and a Compact or Full Size slide on it. As my final opinion, Please CZ... work your magic and make a single stack pistol with all the goodness you put into pistols!
