Sights on the 75b compact

Are the sights on the steel framed compact (#91190) the same as on the full sized 75b? I am thinking about getting a compact and was wondering if the sights(night sights) that I have on my full sized 75 would fit the compact.

Yes.  Most CZ sights and dovetails are the same.  On a CZ, almost all front sights are the same size, but the rears can be different sizes.  This is how CZ adjusts sights for POI.  On the of the rear sight(you have to remove it) is a number.  You need to order sights that will work with that number.
