My new 97b cajunized
« on: July 07, 2016, 10:40:30 PM »
Well finely got to the range with my new 97b worked over by CGW. thank you Dave and crew you guys do beautiful work as most of you
guys already know. Sent the slide off to Dave and had the bushing done and new rear sight.  This is just a fun range gun so I made it SAO.
While the slide was at CGW I installed a new Race hammer Kit, single action flat trigger, Reduced power trigger spring, floating trigger pin.
Polished up what needed it. The trigger is almost as nice as my 75 TS I'm sure if I had Dave do the work it would have been better.

All springs and firing pin are stock, but the trigger and sear spring. I was using 200gr. swc  4.1gr. T.G. standing two hand at 12yds. my eyes
are not working all that great at 69.  Like to thank CGW again for a great job. I my move this rear sight to my 75 TS and get a red dot !!!!!

Nice looking gun.

I ordered a 97 bd "e"conversion and a few other goodies. Going to be at least another 6 weeks til I get mine. Counting down the days.
