I bought my cz scorpion evo 3 s1 the other day and I had some 9mm luger ammo but they won't load into the gun the only thing I can think of is that they are flat tip not round has anyone else had this problem?

To get replies on the ammo forum, you'll need to be more specific. Was it factory ammo or reloads, brand, etc. ? You may have better luck with the Scorpion folks, you can ask a mod to move the thread for you.

This statement is not clear to me. Won't load into the mag ? Won't transfer from the mag to the chamber ? Won't allow the slide to close the chamber ? Won't go into battery ?

Sounds like someone used 357SIG bullets to load 9mm Luger ammo. Those typically won't chamber in a CZ pistol when loaded at a std OAL due to the much blunter ogive of that type bullet. See the example on the right in the cartoon below.
