Help posting pics with android

Hey guys I need step by step directions for a dummy on how I can post some pics with my galaxy s4 on here. I'd really like to show off my custom phantom to everyone. Heck I've got several pics I'd like to get one here it just makes things much more simple at times. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

One of the best features of Tapatalk is the ability to resize the photos you upload...ideal size is 800 pixels wide.

Since my phone has a 41 megapixel camera, it is a necessity for me to resize images before upload otherwise they'll be off the edge of the screen and limit your ability to view them.
