Trigger spring install
« on: September 21, 2016, 07:35:57 PM »
So I installed HBI delta trigger and lightweight trigger and ak safety.  Everything function checks fine.

Went out to shoot and the trigger is not resetting. Fires a round then I go to pull the trigger again and nothing. Pull the charging handle and a live round spits out.

I am sure I installed something wrong,  any idea where to start.

Yes, you didn't get the spring properly set under the firing pin disconnect as shown in the videos. I did the same thing.  Start watching at 9:10

Make sure the roll pin on your trigger shoe is centered and recessed on both sides.

Make sure the disconnector moves freely on the pin.  Mine was causing the a lack of reset, if I kept the trigger back.

A little fluff and buff, and all is good now.
