CZ 52 Short Style Extended Slide Release

Anyone have a CZ52 Extended Slide Release . The Short Style that does not appear to be available anymore . They do not need a grip mod.   Thanks in advance

If I cant get one used , ill buy a stocker and weld a tab on it .   But find me one , please .
