Nice endeavor your taking on......have done several over the past year with this type finish, just take your time and enjoy the process.....there will be some frustrations and uncertainty but the end products will be well worth it.....each one is somewhat unique and as you do more, you can add your own twist to the gun.......albeit, finish variations, sights, grips, internals.....just have FUN!!

Oh I already have the replacement sights and will be ordering a spring and firing pin kit from CGW very soon. All I need now is the time to do it!

The frame & slide prep time is the real time thief for this project.......but soooo important to a quality final finish....best of luck, just remember "perfect" is the goal.....somewhere short of that is reality  ::)
