First pic is a Sine vise, which is used to establish ultra precise angles. This customer had a very old 75 slide and wanted tritium night sights installed front and rear. Problem is the rear is the old BRNO narrow cut of .348" (newer CZ's use a .384" cut). Since it is much more expensive to cut the slide, we opted to cut the Mepro-Lite rear to approximate the BRNO cut, thus saving the customer some money. Here is the sight set up with the proper angle prior to milling to make it fit perfectly in this old slide.
Here is the sight immediately after the cut, fitted in the slide. Looks really good and is a super snug fit.

Now for the front. This is a Dawson tritium front sight and we did the math to make certain the sights are properly regulated. This uses our CGW method for positively retaining the front bushing. This sight cut in perfectly, no light between the bottom of the sight blade and top of the slide. Man, this is fun!!!
