Has anyone seen bulges in a CZ-82 magazine, similar to the bulges in the attached picture?
If yes, what is the cause of such bulges?  (Note the attached pic is ofc not a CZ-82 mag; I just am using
it as an example.)
Well, I can't figure out how to make the *.jpg file actually attach.... :(
So, here is a linked in version of the pic:

Never heard of anything like that on a CZ mag.

Try reading the FAQ in the new members section. There's a reason it's the first post there
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges - Tacitus

Inter arma enim silent leges - Cicero

I wasn't born in America, but I got here as fast as I could.

imarangemaster, I had not specifically myself either per say.  But, I recently came across
*three* original surplus (crossed-swords) CZ-82 magazines with similar bulges....

Here is a CZ-82 magazine with similar bulges:

Could this be caused by a weak-mag-spring allowing the bullets to
smack around like a pack of smokes, or ??

The mag in Reply #5 has the crossed-swords marking on it...

I bought a couple of cheap imitation magazines and it's the bullet noses doing it to the flimsy metal.
Also saw it on a cheap 1911 mag and the crappy triple K 1903 mags I bought are getting a bit dinged as well

I gotcha.  But, I am feeling a bit surprised to see bulges in an original military-surplus X-sword [crossed swords] magazine.
Disclaimer:  I am not an expert on CZ-82's; I have never even shot one, but I own some CZ-82's.

Several of my factory mags have them.  Probably just part of the manufacturing process.
