Hmmm, is the pistol stock? Did this just start happening all of a sudden? Dose the pistol function ok other than the clicking?

Yes stock.   Only happens on double action.   Has happened since I bought it.   It is just starting to bug be.

How new or old is it? Maybe there's a little metal burr in the trigger mechanism.
Polish the trigger mechanism can't hurt.

I have a BD and I just grabbed to try to get it click.  Mine does make a click when the trigger bar hits the disconnector. When I keep pulling,  I hear another click.  This is the hammer first notch. Does it makes the same sound with the slide on?

Yeah same with slide on.   At first I thought it was the trigger bar hitting the screw for the magazine catch. But looking at it further I think it's where the trigger pin is

I just pulled the decocker out and am thinking it is coming from somewhere in the sear housing.

Is it the decocked notch on the hammer.?
I have a po7 and mine clicks when pulling the trigger in double action going past the decocker  notch on the hammer.

The click is coming from the trigger bar hitting the inside of the frame. Now that I know that any ideas?
